  • Travel insurance facilitation

  • Group travel coordination
  • Custom travel package creation

4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). A booking is only confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due as specified in your booking confirmation
  • We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
  • Some bookings may require immediate payment or deposits
  • All prices are quoted in Euros unless otherwise specified
  • Prices may be subject to change until full payment is received

4.3 Pricing

All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, and government-imposed taxes may affect final pricing. We will inform you of any price changes before confirming your booking.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation by Client

Cancellation terms vary by service provider and are subject to their individual policies. Common terms include:

  • Immediate cancellation fees may apply
  • Cancellation fees typically increase closer to departure date
  • Some bookings may be non-refundable
  • Travel insurance may cover certain cancellation costs

5.2 Cancellation by backstikeh

We may cancel bookings due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or service provider cancellations. In such cases, we will provide full refunds or alternative arrangements where possible.

5.3 Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed according to service provider terms and may take 7-30 business days to appear in your account. Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

6. Travel Documents and Requirements

6.1 Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring valid passports and visas for all destinations
  • Meeting health and vaccination requirements
  • Providing accurate personal information for bookings
  • Arriving at departure points on time
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

6.2 Our Assistance

While we provide guidance on travel requirements, you remain solely responsible for ensuring you meet all entry requirements for your destinations. We recommend consulting official government sources for the most current information.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Provider Responsibility

backstikeh acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, or negligence of these providers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages resulting from their services.

7.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, or pandemic-related restrictions.

7.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid to us for the specific booking in question.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. We can assist in arranging appropriate coverage, but the decision to purchase insurance remains yours.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of backstikeh B.V. or its content suppliers and is protected by Dutch and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific booking conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and backstikeh B.V. regarding the use of our services.
